He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fletcher and Annie Lou Wright Fletcher; his children, Jan Carithers and Robin Lee Fletcher; and his brothers, Larry, Jerry and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Guynelle Gaines Fletcher of Jefferson; his sons, Jon Fletcher (Crystal) of Jefferson and Ray Fletcher of Jefferson; his sister Linda Stalker of Nicholson; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy, Brenda and Cheryl Fletcher.
