He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Louis Pendley and Barbara Nan Stone Pendley; and his son Joseph Shane Pendley. He is survived by: his son Scott Pendley (Christy) of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Brandon Pendley of Jefferson, Victoria Pendley of Jefferson, Cheyenne Pendley of Jefferson and Zoe Pendley of Jefferson; and his siblings, Margie Stone (Moose) of Jefferson, Johnny Pendley of Jefferson and Carlton Pendley (Teri) of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
