She was predeceased by: her parents, Waymon Stephens and Lola Stephens; her siblings, James Stephens and Monteen Akins; and her sons, David Gene Mealor and Donny Ray Mealor.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy (Rex Wallace), Brenda (Dennis Brown) and Karl (Jenny Mealor). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brockton Road Baptist Church (2675 Brockton Rd, Jefferson, GA 30549). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Maysville Baptist Church (8875 Highway 82 Spur, Maysville, GA 30558).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brockton Road Baptist Church at 2675 Brockton Road, Jefferson, GA 30549.
