He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie May Daugherty Kitchen and Edward Earl Kitchen; and his brother Michael Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Ann Kitchen of Jefferson; his children, Duwayne Kitchen of Flint, MI, Melissa Simpkins (Dennis) of Flint, MI, Theresa Kitchen of Algiers, MI, Billie Jo Fouts (Matthew) of Jefferson, GA and Brandy Gould (Brian Odom) of Statham, GA; and his siblings, Garry Kitchen (Carol) of Hoschton, GA, Brenda Jones of Herron, MI and Rhonda Robinson (Breeze) of Gulf Breeze, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
