He is survived by: his wife Maria Cristea of Jefferson; his children, Alina Cristea (George), Daniel Cristea (Adina), Theodora Wagner (Flip), Andreea Oprea (Cristian) and Mirela Cristea; his grandchildren, Edith Tiriteu (Alex), David Cristea, Alexandru Cristea, Andrei Cristea, Eric Cristea, Grace Wagner, Joelle Wagner, Joshua Oprea and Megan Oprea; his great grandchild Ezra Tiriteu of Carrissa Tiriteu; and his siblings, Emilia Cristea of Maria Cristea and Vasile Cristea.
