She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Lowell and Patricia Lowell; her sister Mary Lowell Valente; and her grandson Xavier Owen Padgett. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wright; her children, Jennifer Schlutow Padgett (Joel), Kasey Schlutow Haley (Blake), Erin Schlutow Blocker (Heather), Wendy Wright Thomas (Kevin) and Jeremiah Barrett Wright (Jessica); her grandchildren, Timmy, Kyle, Chandler, Chloe, Eli, Aiden, Taylor, Jacob, Gavin, Jonah, Jaxson, Carter and John; and her brothers, Jeff Lowell (Diane), Herb Lowell (Francine), Phil Lowell (Jeannie) and Gerald Lowell (Polly). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made, in her honor, to Jackson County Habitat for Humanity.
