We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 61, Debra Atchley of Jefferson, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Joe Norris, Sr. and Donna Ruth Jarrard Norris. She is survived by: her daughter Jeanna Grizzle (Justin) of Cleveland; her siblings, Billy Norris (Priscilla) of Jefferson, Ronnie Norris (Sandy) of Jefferson, Kenny Norris of Commerce, Lavonne Villatoro (Gilman) of Maysville and Lisa Strickland (Tim) of Maysville; and her grandsons, Will, Ethan and Owen Herrin.
