He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frame and Margaret "Peggy" Frame; and his daughter Ruth White (Ruthie). He is survived by: his wife Jane of Jefferson; his daughter Sarah Sloat; his son-in-law Brian White of Tampa, Florida; and his grandchildren, Kara Stevens, Fia White, Luna White, Evelyn Sloat and Sofia Sloat.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highlands Senior Living (50 Sumner Way, Jefferson, GA 30549).
