He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud S. Hinson and Annie Ruth Baxley Hinson. He is survived by: his wife Emmalene Davis Hinson of Jefferson, GA.; his son Brian Hinson (Teresa) of Jefferson, GA.; his foster son Lloyd A. O'ree (Tracey) of Mauldin, S. C; and his grandchildren, Allyson Sanchez (Drew) of Norcross, GA, Ashly Hinson of Jefferson, GA, Andrew Hinson of Jefferson, GA and Kelsey O'ree of Mauldin, S. C..
