He is survived by: his mother Ann Hamilton Brown of Winston; his wife Khanh Nguyen Brown of Jefferson, GA; his daughters, Amelia Brown and Isabelle Brown of Jefferson, GA; his siblings, Misty Brown of Little River, SC and Michael Brown of Newnan, GA; his grandmother Emma Lee Hamilton of Villa Rica; his parents-in-law, Chang and Hien Nguyen; and his siblings-in-law, Van Nguyen and Khoi Nguyen.
