She was predeceased by: her parents, James Maddox and Joan Thomas; and her siblings, Timmy Maddox, Lamar Esco and Deana Maddox.
She is survived by: her son Justin; her daughter-in-law Cindy Ellen of Jefferson; her sons, Joshua Gibbs (Aaron Cabaniss) of Jefferson and Jacob Holloway of Jefferson; her brother James "Bug"; her sister-in-law Jackie Maddox of Gainesville; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Ellen, Madison Ellen, Daniel Burch and Eli Burch.
