He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jones; his daughter Tiffany Carlton (Luke); and his sisters, Dora Ann Appleby, Cheryl Sims (Mike), Carol Clark (Al) and Barbara Ann White. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
