She is survived by: her children, Chris Welch (Cindy), Lynn Smith (Eric), George Welch (Mandi), Harvey Welch (Julie), Kirby Welch and Joey Welch (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jenny Howard (Marcus), Bradley Rogers (Crystal), Corey Rogers (Kylee), Michael Rogers (Gabby), Erica Judd (Ben), Tyler Smith (Rachel), Tanner Smith (Joselyne), Bailey Dross (Patrick) and Hannah Askey (Christian); and her siblings, Robbie Bolton (Cathy) and Ricky Bolton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
