He is survived by: his parents, William John "Bill" Cullinan and Sara "Teresa" Cullinan (Leach) of Jefferson; and his siblings, Drake Cullinan and Sara Cullinan of Jefferson. He is also survived by two grandmothers and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
