She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Whitehead and Ludie Martin Whitehead; and her sisters, Dorothy Pierce and Ruth Jacks. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Rowland of Jefferson; her children, Billy Rowland (Debra) of Sharpsburg and Donna Beard (Dan) of Cumming; her grandchildren, Ryan Rowland, Tyler Rowland and Cheryl Ricucci; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Anthony and Savannah Ricucci.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Rowland to the Jackson County Humane Society, P.O. Box 567, Jefferson, Georgia 30549.
