He is survived by: his wife Julie Zogran Crouch of Jefferson; his daughters, Sidney Crouch and Avery Crouch; his siblings, Justin Crouch (Ashley) of Cumming and Leigh Ann Vaughn (Kevin) of Canton; his parents-in-law, Dan Zogran and Jackie Zogran; his sisters-in-law, Courtney Daniels, Katie Daniels, Kim Zogran, Chuck Kempf, Cody Smith, Alex Smith and Shannon Zogran; and his nieces and nephews, Addison Crouch, Cooper Crouch, Hayden Vaughn, Carson Daniels and Ansley Daniels.
Donations can be submitted to any South State Bank branch or mailed to the Commerce Branch at 1851 N. Elm Street, Commerce, Ga, 30529 and written out to the Doctor Andrew Crouch Veterinary Medicine Memorial Scholarship fund.
