He is survived by: his wife Kathy Richards; his children, Katrina Staton (Mark), Farrah Smith (Carey) and Brent Richards (Shannon); his grandchildren, Cole, Taylor, Maddie Staton, Jacob, Kennedy, Ella Smith, Connor, Kensadie and Lyla Richards; and his siblings, Donnie Rockmore, Donald Richards, Edward Richards and Maryann Ewing.
Winfred was extremely passionate about helping and mentoring young adults and in lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to donate to Lydia's Place.
