He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Cagle Mullinax; his parents, Mack Mullinax and Lola Mullinax; and his siblings, Milton, Weldon Mullinax, Eva Mullinax and Faye Perry.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his son-in-law David Johnson of Jasper; his daughter Kim Anderson of Jasper; and his grandsons, Daniel Johnson of Jasper and Luc Anderson of Jasper.

The family will accept flowers or donations to the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
