She is survived by: her husband David Stokes; her children, Guy Childers (Tina), Pat Childers (Mandy), Dustin Padgett (Connie), Leslie Childers and Ashley Lumpkin; her grandchildren, Christi Webb (Jason), Josh Chambers (Ashley), Justin Childers (Brittany), Daniel Childers (Ansleigh) and Bryson Childers; and her great grandchildren, Camron Williams, Kailana Webb, Evenee Webb, Addison Bahannon, Tayte Chambers, Tyce Chambers, Annalee Newborn Padgett, Landon Samples, Jake Lumpkin, David Lumpkin, Tobie Jr., Brantley Childers, Phoenix Childers, Paxton Childers and Paisleigh Childers. She is also survived by her family, friends.
