He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sayers Landrum; his son Phillip M. Landrum, III; his daughter-in-law Crystal Landrum; his daughter Laura Landrum Maguire; his son-in-law Kevin Maguire; his granddaughters, Susan Helaina Landrum, Sarah Patricia Maguire and Charlotte Claire Maguire; and his son Phil III. He is also survived by son and many sisters.
