He was predeceased by: his mother Bette Smith Dely. He is survived by: his father Paul Dely; his wife Cheryl Dely; his children, Aaron (Katie Dely) and Sarah (Eoin Devlin); his grandchildren, Peyton, Marley and Addison Dely; and his brother Sheriff Randy (Jill Dely).
