With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Fincher Black of Jasper, Georgia, who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Joe Black; her children, William Don Black of Woodstock, GA, Marla Culpepper of Jasper and Genette Waddell of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Jason Culpepper, Johnathan Culpepper, Amanda Culpepper, Hayden Waddell, Kell Waddell and Rhya Jones; and her great grandchildren, Vivian Culpepper, Ashten Waddell and Lenny Jones.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jerusalem Community Center (2681 Jerusalem Church Rd, Jasper, GA 30143).
