He is survived by: his wife Jerry Anita Chastain; his stepson Adam Joshua Williams; his daughter Tonya (Ben Peak); his sister Patricia (Chris Huston); and his grandchildren, Lillianna Williams, Zoey, Katie and Anthony Peak.
