He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Emory and Lola Emory; his wife Darlene Emory; his son Chad Emory; and his grandson Hagen Emory.

He is survived by: his sons, Dylan Emory of Jasper and Chase Emory of Jasper; his grandchildren, Danielle, Jarrett Seay of Jasper, Caitlin Emory of Jasper and Carter Emory of Jasper; and his sister Terry Jenkins of Jasper.
