He is survived by: his wife Debbie Chambers; his children, Jeremy Chambers and Lauren Chambers; and his grandsons, Roland, Brett, Miles and Julian. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and a community of friends.

The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be made to Food Pantry, Real Life Christian at 7700 Highway 92, Woodstock, Georgia.
