He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey C. Perry Sr. of Coral Springs, Florida and Allison Johnson of New Bern; his wife Alicia Perry of Jasper; his daughter Carter Perry of Jasper; his siblings, Chelsea Burnes of Jasper and Raymond Burnes of New Bern; and his close friends, Ali Mentana of Lilburn and Brian Watts.
