He is survived by: his wife Mildred Doris Childers of Jasper; his daughter Connie; his son-in-law Buddy Goforth of Ellijay; his daughter Telina Simmons of Jasper; his granddaughters, Kassie Dean of Kalispell, Montana, Lexi (Isaiah Hopper), Adrienne Goforth of Ellijay and Amelia Goforth of Chatsworth; his great grandchild Grainger Jackson of Chatsworth; and his sister Regina Dean of Jasper.
