She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Stephens; her son Harrison Stephens; and her siblings, Jerome Benson (Sharon) of Tate, GA, Sylvia Benson Keith of Holly Springs, GA, Ricky Benson (Karen) of Jasper, GA and Gary Benson (Rhonda) of Holly Springs, GA. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roper Funeral Home and Crematory (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church (1141 Smokey Hollow Rd, Tate, GA 30151).
