He was predeceased by: his brother Kenny Neal. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Neal of Jasper; his children, Rosie Neal of Jasper, Sharon Neal of Jasper, Nickie Williams (Luis Gonzalez), Tammy Williams of Jonesboro, Charles Neal of Jasper and Michael Neal of Jasper; his daughters-in-law, Mary Wilkins of Jasper and Beth Baughman of Jasper; his siblings, Diane Donaldson of Forrest Park, Stanley Neal of Dexter and Debbie; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Roland of Dexter. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roper Funeral Home and Crematory (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143).
