Bland of Jacksonville, Georgia; his brothers, James J. Bland of Jacksonville and Roy A. Bland, Sr. of Douglas, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Lauren Doerr, Austin Doerr, Gavin Johnson, Sophia Bland and Hadley Bland. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
