He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Plott and Mike Plott; his close friend Chase Elliott; his sister Maggie Plott; his grandmother Rea Smith (Maw) of Royston; his aunts and uncles, Charles, Jennifer Smith of Athens, Britt Smith of Athens, Terry Plott of Young Harris and Angie Davis of Young Harris; and his cousins, Ally, Samuel Smith of Athens, Lauren and Tyler Davis of Young Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First United Methodist Church Youth & Children's Activities in Judd's memory.
