He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pinckney Maynard, Jr. and Thelma Lucille; and his brother Donald Maynard. He is survived by: his caregiver Maynard; his wife Mae "Mazie" Maynard; his son Bill; his daughter-in-law Katherine Maynard; his daughter Rebecca Maynard-Bishop; his grandchildren, Madison, William, Maxwell and Riley Mae; and his siblings, Barbara McGrath, Robert (Kathy Maynard) and Vickie (John Kovach). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
