He was predeceased by: his father William E. Miller Senior; and his brother-in-law Thomas Drake. He is survived by: his mother Frances V. Miller; his son Tristan Miller; his siblings, Shelly Miller, Marcy Conti (Ross), Jon Miller (Christa) and Matthew Miller (Nathalie Archer); and his nephews, Steven Drake, Nicholas Drake, Aaron Ballagh, Joey Conti, Reece Miller, Hunter Miller and Spencer Miller.
