She is survived by: her son Curtis Booth; her grandchildren, Teresa, Jack Yates, Lindsay, Lonnie Capehart and Emily Booth; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Brake, Kolton Capehart and Kimberlyn Capehart; and her sisters, Rachel Shaw and Tera James. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
