He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Cook Phillips; his sister Diane Lewis; and his grandparents, Tommie Lee Cook and Evye Thaxton Cook. He is survived by: his wife Jan Biles Rogers; his daughter Loretta; his son-in-law David Ledford; his grandchildren, Cameran Ledford and Ethan Ledford; his siblings, Jimmy "Tank" (Sandra Rogers), Roy (Leisha Rogers) and Kathy Garland; his brother-in-law Richard Lewis; and his aunts, Sara Ruth Kitchens, Billie Blandford and Shirley Elrod. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Jackson High School Red Regiment Marching Band, (payable to Jackson High School) 717 South Harkness Street, Jackson, GA 30233 in memory of Kebo Rogers.
