He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudas Kindred Norred and Rachel Iona Cochran Norred; and his siblings, Claudas Rudolph Norred, Frederick, Mary Madaline Stephens and Doris Marie Lingerfelt.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Abner Norred; and his children, Glynda, Mark Burpee, Maryanne, Chris Hamlin, Stephen Norred and Melanie Watts. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
