He is survived by: his wife Carol Ruark Watts; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Jessica Watts of Jenkinsburg; his daughter Terri; his son-in-law Michael Sherrard of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Aaron Sherrard, Kaiden Sherrard, Easton Watts, Archer Watts, Kiley Sherrard, Conrad Sherrard and Allie Sherrard.
