She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessy Smith (Maddox) and Jim Smith; and her sister Cynthia Hotchkiss (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Tommie Ray Warr; her daughters, Michelle Pettey (Albert) and Tammie Quintern (Todd); her grandson Todd Quintern Jr.; her stepgranddaughters, Morgan and Katie Pettey; and her nieces, Shelby and Stephanie Hotchkiss.

“So very sorry to hear of the passing of Shelley. We lived next door to them for 4 years back in the 80's. She was always a very vibrant and happy person. We drove by the old house yesterday Sept. 16th, 2021 and found out she had passed. We wish your family nothing but peace and healing at the loss of such a sweet lady. Doug & Kim Christian (old neighbors) who now live in Washington State.”
