She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lashley and Oceil Harrison Lashley; and her sister Sandra Wright. She is survived by: her husband Allen Jones; her children, Ken Nelms (Jessica) and Amy Brown (Stephen); her stepson Allen Jones, Jr. (Becky); and her grandchildren, Caleb Brown, Kylie Brown, Vincent Nelms, Cody Nelms, Tony Nelms, Jackson Nelms, Caleb Miller, Kyle Miller and Kaitlyn Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
