She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Anderson Maudlin and Lily Pearl Milner of Cuthbert, GA; her siblings, Kelly Mauldin and Alice Mauldin Thompson; and her son Lewis Alan.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Brookshire (Sammy) of Covington, Sheri Adams (Kim) of Jackson and Chris Blair (Vicky) of Dahlonega; her grandchildren, Cori Hembree (Jeremy), Justin Maddox (Ashley), Hunter, Rachel Blair, Andrew Brookshire, Jeremy, Ashley, Brittany Troup, Alex, Parker Hembree, Emme, Audrey, Cullen, Sophia Blair Maddox and Crash Giovanni Blair; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Mauldin and Pat Blair (Lynn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
