He is survived by: his children, Robert David Minter, III (Deanna) of Milton, FL, Amanda Kitzmiller (Sam) of McDonough and Mary Minter of Thomaston; his grandchildren, Dalyn Kitzmiller, Brooke Kitzmiller, Haylee Minter, Emylee Minter and Elijah; and his brother Bob Minter (Beth) of Locust Grove.
