It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robbie Lou Foster Powell of Jackson, Georgia, born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Abner and Minnie Lou Brooks Foster; her spouse Riley Sanford Powell; and her son Jason Robert Powell. She is survived by: her granddaughter Emily Rose Powell; and her aunt Margie Brooks Brinkley. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
