He was predeceased by: his siblings, Juanita Smith Greer, Sandra Smith O'Neal and Harold Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Ann Smith; his children, Lance Jerome Smith and Traci Dawn Nabors; and his sister Brenda Smith Maddox. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
