He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hooks and Linda Hooks; and his sister Patti Carole. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob and Joshua; his siblings, Jeff, Maria Rogner, Deborah Clubb and Patricia Whittington; his fiancée Delores Hayes; and his fiancée's children, Richard Spears, Jessica Bone and Brandi Brock. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
In leu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made in memory of Mike to the Windwalkers Motorcycle Club, who provide special Christmas gifts for children in need.
