She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ernest Turner and Exie Jewel English Turner; her husband Charles Kelley, Sr.; her children, Terry Dan Mazer and Michelle Sherree Smith; her stepson Charles L. "Chuck" Kelley Jr.; and her sisters, Kitty Lee Gilbert and Dianna Faye Turner.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Billie Mazer) and Kevin Mazer (Sherri Hood); her stepdaughter Barbara (Scott Pressley); her grandchildren, Chris, Maggie Mazer, Tyler, Makenna Mazer, Cole Mazer, Taylor, Lane Adams, Ashley Mazer, Matthew Smith, Caleb Smith, Kaylee Roland, Kimberly Hood and Brittany Hood; her stepgrandchildren, Christen Kelley, Sarah Kelley, Kaylen Kelley, Luke Pressley and Sam Pressley; and her siblings, Gloria Jean Turner, Sherree Maxine Turner, Terrell Eugene (Shirley Turner) and Kenneth (Teresa Turner). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
