He was predeceased by: his father Lester Maddox; and his brothers, Ed Maddox, Sr. and Leslie Maddox. He is survived by: his mother Kay Maddox; his daughter Erika Parr; his brother Jack; his sister-in-law Shelly Maddox; his sister Marie; his brother-in-law Brad Cornman; and his nieces and nephews, Brianna Cornman, Ed Maddox, Jr., Daniel Maddox, Robert Maddox, Aleia Maddox and Bridgett Hill-Pruitt.
