With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Hardy of Jackson, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Roper and Dorothy Burch; her husband Tommy Hardy; and her brother Richard Roper. She is survived by: her son Jeff Hardy (Cindy); her great grandchild Preston Bradley of Jackson; her grandchildren, Heather Aljets (Nick), Aimee Oliver, Lee Hardy (Grace) and Michelle Massingale (Brandon); and her siblings, Connie Roper, Faye Roper, Bonnie Mobley and Darrell Roper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Lawnwood Memorial Park (1111 Access Rd, Covington, GA 30014).
