She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stephens and Elizabeth Williams Stephens; and her cousins, Ann Ison and Jack Ison. She is survived by: her husband Mark Jones; her son Jeremy Sampler; her stepson Flint Jones; and also, Shirley Ison, Virginia Callaway, Kenneth Ison, Terry, Terri Ison, Glenda Mercure, Jerry, Lisa Ison, David, Carol Ison and Dana Simmons. She is also survived by many cousins, classmates and friends.
