He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Sanford Middlebrooks and Drucilla Dorsey Middlebrooks; and his former wife Jo Fears Middlebrooks. He is survived by: his wife Willene Middlebrooks; his children, Julie Harrison (Anthony Shea) and Jason Middlebrooks (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Joanne Harrison, Adam Harrison, Mackenzie Middlebrooks and Elijah Middlebrooks; and his brothers, Bo Middlebrooks and Gene Middlebrooks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
