It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Inez Elizebeth Crook of Jackson, Georgia, born in Suches, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Homer; her former husbands, Jackie Woody and Lloyd Crook; her children, William Tony Woody and Myra Kathy Woody; and her siblings, Glen Gooch, Bill Gooch, Kathleen Fitts, Tom Gooch, Clara Kid, Ervin Gooch, Blondene Bryan and Ned Gooch.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Watkins; her daughter Elaine; her son-in-law Don Mapp of Jackson; and her sisters, Mary Anne (Jessie Mayfield) and Sandra (Jerry Baily). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
